About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and development teams to define and implement innovative UI/UX solutions.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experiences.

Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.

Ensure designs are aligned with brand identity and business goals.

Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.

2+ years of proven UI/UX design experience in web and mobile projects.

Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Excellent communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Exposure to motion design and micro-interactions is a plus.

Understanding of accessibility and responsive design.
