Job Description

Business Developer Intern will provide essential support to the Business Development and Sales teams, gaining practical experience in market research, lead generation, and client relationship management within the recruitment consulting industry. This role is a prime opportunity for a highly ambitious individual eager to understand the dynamics of workforce solutions and sales cycles in India. The Intern will focus on performing initial outreach, identifying key industry sectors for expansion, assisting in the creation of compelling client pitches, and meticulously organizing CRM data, directly contributing to the firm’s goal of creating infinite possibilities by broadening its client network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on target industries, potential client companies, and key decision-makers to build a comprehensive prospect database.
  • Lead Qualification: Assist the team in qualifying incoming leads and conducting cold outreach campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to initiate first-level contact with potential clients.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain prospect and client information within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Proposal Support: Help prepare compelling pitch decks, case studies, and introductory materials for client meetings and sales presentations.
  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including scheduling meetings and managing follow-up communications.
  • Learning & Development: Actively participate in sales strategy sessions and training to develop a foundational understanding of the recruitment consulting industry and sales techniques.
