Job Description

Customer Support Executive (Male, Rotational Shift) will be the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and ensuring smooth communication across all recruitment and administrative inquiries. This dynamic role requires a reliable and professional male candidate comfortable managing a rotational shift schedule to cover extended business hours. The Executive will be responsible for resolving issues promptly, providing accurate information, managing communication logs, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in line with Ananta Recruitment Bharat’s commitment to transparency and excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Professionally handle inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chat) from both corporate clients and job candidates regarding service status, billing, and general inquiries.
  • Issue Resolution: Promptly and effectively resolve customer complaints and queries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate senior team or department when necessary.
  • Rotational Shift Coverage: Adhere strictly to the assigned rotational shift schedule, including potential early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts, to ensure continuous support coverage.
  • Documentation & Logging: Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM or designated tracking system.
  • Information Management: Provide accurate, detailed information about Ananta Recruitment Bharat’s services, hiring processes, and current job market trends.
  • Feedback Integration: Gather and document customer feedback to help the management team continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
