Job Description

The HR Executive will be a dynamic and hands-on member of the Human Resources team, responsible for executing a broad range of daily HR operations to support Ananta Recruitment Bharat’s workforce in Lucknow. This role requires an individual with approximately one year of professional experience who will manage the core administrative functions of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment support and onboarding to maintaining accurate employee records and assisting with performance management documentation. The HR Executive will be key in ensuring efficient HR service delivery, upholding internal HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Support the talent acquisition process by scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and coordinating a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update comprehensive employee records, manage internal HR databases, and handle documentation related to employee changes and transfers.
  • Statutory Compliance: Assist in managing local statutory requirements, including processing necessary documents related to PF, ESIC, and other labor law compliances.
  • Employee Relations Support: Serve as a point of contact for routine employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Performance & Training: Help coordinate and document annual performance review cycles and assist in logistics and communication for employee training and development programs.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent and fair implementation of all company HR policies, rules, and procedures across the Lucknow office.
