The HR Intern will gain invaluable foundational experience by actively supporting the Human Resources department in the daily execution of HR functions, contributing directly to the firm’s mission of strengthening India’s workforce. Based in Lucknow, this internship is designed for a highly motivated individual eager to learn the full spectrum of the employee lifecycle, from assisting with candidate sourcing and pre-screening to managing administrative paperwork and data entry. The Intern will be instrumental in maintaining organized records, coordinating logistics for HR events, and upholding the firm’s commitment to integrity and transparency across all internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist the HR and Recruitment teams with candidate sourcing on job portals, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage HR paperwork, ensure proper filing of employee documents, and perform accurate data entry into the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare welcome kits for new hires, assist in the coordination of onboarding sessions, and support exit procedure documentation.
  • Internal Communication: Draft and distribute internal communications, announcements, and reminders related to HR policies or events.
  • Compliance Assistance: Support the HR Executive in compiling documentation necessary for local statutory requirements and internal audits.
  • Project Work: Take on ad-hoc HR projects, such as reviewing and updating policy documents, or researching industry best practices.
