Job Description
Senior Business Developer will be a strategic leader in driving substantial client growth and expanding Ananta Recruitment Bharat’s market share across India’s diverse industrial landscape. This high-impact role requires a seasoned professional to manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from developing and executing ambitious business strategies to closing high-value, long-term contracts. The Senior Business Developer will be responsible for building and nurturing C-suite relationships, exceeding revenue targets, and working cross-functionally with recruitment teams to ensure seamless client delivery, thereby acting as a crucial force in creating the infinite possibilities that define Ananta’s vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate new markets, key sectors, and large enterprise accounts across India.
- Client Acquisition: Manage the full sales lifecycle for high-value contracts, including identifying prospects, pitching customized workforce solutions, negotiating terms, and closing agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted, long-term relationships with C-level executives and senior HR/Talent Acquisition leaders within client organizations.
- Market Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment trends and market dynamics, offering strategic consulting to clients on their talent needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Recruitment Consulting team to ensure successful handoff of new accounts, clear understanding of client needs, and high levels of service delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Set, monitor, and consistently achieve aggressive quarterly and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.
