Job Description

Campaign Manager will be a crucial, hands-on role at Influe, based onsite in Lucknow, responsible for the end-to-end execution and optimization of large-scale influencer marketing campaigns for top brands like Nykaa, HUL, and Decathlon. This role requires a dynamic professional to translate brand objectives into actionable campaign strategies, manage collaboration with the platform’s 300,000+ influencers, and ensure seamless delivery across all social media platforms. The Manager will leverage data and technology to monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and ensure campaign scalability and efficiency, directly contributing to Influe’s mission to revolutionize influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, plan, and execute multi-platform influencer marketing campaigns from brief creation to final reporting, ensuring alignment with brand goals and budgets.
  • Influencer Management: Oversee the selection, outreach, negotiation, and coordination with a high volume of influencers to ensure timely content creation and posting according to campaign timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize Influe’s proprietary technology and analytics tools to track real-time campaign performance, monitoring key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Optimization & Scalability: Identify opportunities for in-flight campaign optimization and develop scalable processes to seamlessly manage campaigns involving thousands of influencers.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, providing regular updates, performance insights, and comprehensive final campaign reports.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage campaign budgets, track expenditures, and ensure accurate financial reconciliation post-campaign.
