Front-End Developer

Job Description

Junior Front-End Developer will be a dedicated and enthusiastic technologist, focusing on building and maintaining the user-facing features of the Influe platform, which simplifies and scales influencer marketing for top brands like Nykaa and HUL. This role is ideal for a candidate with approximately one year of professional experience who possesses a strong understanding of core web technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks. Based within our innovative startup environment, the Developer will work closely with the product and design teams to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive, and reusable code, directly contributing to a seamless and efficient user experience for our brands and 300,000+ influencers.

• Key Responsibilities
  Feature Development: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code primarily using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to implement new user features on the Influe platform.
• Framework Implementation: Utilize modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js (based on company stack) to build scalable and maintainable user interfaces.
• UI/UX Translation: Collaborate with the design team to accurately translate wireframes and visual mockups into functional, pixel-perfect, and responsive web pages.
• Performance & Optimization: Assist in optimizing front-end performance for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.
• Code Review & Testing: Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and perform necessary debugging to ensure code quality and stability.
• Collaboration: Work within an Agile development process, contributing to daily stand-ups and sprint planning alongside back-end engineers and product managers.
