Job Description
Junior Graphic Designer will be a motivated and talented creative professional responsible for generating compelling visual content that supports Influe’s brand identity and marketing campaigns for top-tier clients like Nykaa and HUL. This role is a vital entry-point for a designer looking to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, focusing on transforming data and concepts into engaging digital assets for both the platform and social media. Working closely with the marketing and campaign teams, the Junior Designer will ensure all visuals are consistently high-quality, on-brand, and effectively accelerate the mission of simplifying influencer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Develop and design a variety of digital assets for the platform, social media, blog content, email marketing, and sales materials, ensuring brand guidelines are strictly followed.
- Visual Content Creation: Produce engaging visuals, including infographics, data visualizations, icons, and illustrations, to simplify complex information about Influe’s technology and campaign success.
- Collaboration: Work directly with Online Campaign Managers and the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Asset Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing the company’s library of visual assets and design templates for easy access and consistent usage.
- Design Software Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in industry-standard tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Revision & Feedback: Be proactive in receiving and implementing feedback, ensuring designs are iterated quickly and accurately to meet fast-paced production deadlines.
