Job Description
Relationship Manager will be a dedicated and client-focused professional responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of brands, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction on the Influe platform. This role, ideal for an individual with about one year of experience in client service or account management, is crucial for fostering loyalty among top brands like Nykaa, Sugar, and Vero Moda. The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating collaboration between the brand and the campaign teams, proactively identifying client needs, and strategically positioning Influe’s scalable solutions to maximize the efficiency and impact of their influencer marketing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of brand accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all influencer marketing needs.
- Client Onboarding & Education: Facilitate the onboarding process for new brands, ensuring they understand how to effectively use the Influe platform and its technology to run scalable campaigns.
- Client Success: Proactively monitor client satisfaction, address queries, resolve issues quickly, and conduct regular check-ins to ensure campaigns meet or exceed expected performance metrics.
- Upselling & Retention: Identify opportunities to renew contracts, upsell platform features, or introduce new service offerings to drive increased client lifetime value (CLV).
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate closely with the Online Campaign Managers and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with client strategy.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reviews and strategic insights to clients, showcasing the ROI and impact of their campaigns on the Influe platform.
