Job Description
As an HR Recruiter with 1 year of experience based in Delhi, you will primarily be responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned positions, focusing heavily on junior to mid-level roles within the local market. This role involves actively sourcing and screening candidates across various channels, coordinating interview logistics, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants while closely collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs. You will be expected to maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), handle initial offer communication, and support other key HR administrative duties, leveraging your foundational knowledge of recruitment best practices and the dynamic Delhi job market to meet critical hiring targets efficiently.
Key Points: HR Recruiter
- Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Proactively identify and attract candidates using multiple platforms, including job portals, social media (like LinkedIn), and employee referrals; conduct initial resume screenings and telephonic interviews to assess basic qualifications and cultural fit.
- Recruitment Coordination: Manage the entire interview scheduling process, liaising between candidates and hiring managers/interview panels to ensure a smooth and timely progression of applicants through the stages.
- Database Management: Accurately update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases with candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring status to ensure compliance and robust reporting.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience, and communicate regularly with hiring managers to understand job requirements, provide progress updates, and discuss candidate profiles.
- Job Posting Management: Assist in drafting, editing, and posting engaging and accurate job descriptions across various online and offline recruitment channels relevant to the Delhi-NCR market.
- Onboarding & Reporting Support: Assist with pre-joining and onboarding formalities for selected candidates and contribute to tracking key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.
