Job Description

Maazster Tech, a fast-growing IT services and product company, is looking for a proactive and skilled AWS Cloud Engineer with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our dedicated team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for a professional who has demonstrated experience in deploying, managing, and automating cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services. You will be instrumental in maintaining the stability, security, and scalability of our core cloud environments.

Key Job Roles

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, manage, and maintain core AWS services including EC2, VPC, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Assist in writing, maintaining, and enhancing Terraform or CloudFormation templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
  • Deployment Automation (CI/CD): Work with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline) to automate application deployments, ensuring smooth and reliable releases.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch and other tools to ensure high availability and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues promptly.
  • Security & Optimization: Implement fundamental cloud security best practices, including managing IAM roles/policies, configuring Security Groups, and assisting with cost optimization efforts.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • We are looking for candidates who are passionate about automation and DevOps principles.
  • Essential Skills: Proven hands-on experience with the core AWS services listed above. Strong scripting skills in Bash or Python for automation. Working knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
  • Certifications (Preferred): An AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification is highly desirable.
  • Mindset: Ability to participate in on-call rotations for high-priority incidents and a strong commitment to documenting procedures and processes.
