Maazster Tech, a fast-growing IT solutions company in Lucknow, is hiring a results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team and fuel our expansion in the IT services sector. This role is ideal for an ambitious, entry-to-mid-level professional with exceptional communication skills and a “hunter” mentality, focusing on the crucial initial stages of the sales cycle. You will be instrumental in identifying and initiating contact with potential clients for our web, mobile, and custom software development services, conducting thorough lead qualification, and consistently booking discovery meetings for senior executives to ensure a strong and healthy sales pipeline.

Key Expectations & Requirements 

  • Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and qualify potential B2B leads via calls, email, and social media.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly metrics for outreach and qualified meeting setups.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Preferred: 0-2 years of experience in IT sales/lead generation and basic knowledge of software services.
