The Role: Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive will be a key player in accelerating Maazster Tech’s growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and successfully converting leads into long-term partnerships, primarily for our IT services (Web, Mobile, and Software Development).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify new business opportunities, including potential markets, clients, and partners within India and internationally. Utilize various channels (cold calling, email marketing, social selling, networking) to generate qualified leads for IT services.
  • Sales & Negotiations: Conduct compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating Maazster Tech’s value proposition and service offerings. Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted consultant to understand their business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic business development planning.
  • Documentation: Prepare professional business proposals, contracts, and sales reports. Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and track all business development activities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies, create targeted campaigns, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (e.g., 1-3 years) in Business Development or B2B Sales, preferably within the IT Services/Software Development industry.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of the sales life cycle and ability to manage a pipeline from prospecting to closure.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in selling specific IT services like web development, mobile app development, or custom software solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Lucknow and regional business market.
