Maazster Tech, a dynamic IT company in Lucknow, is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Business Developer Intern to support our sales and marketing efforts. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the B2B IT sector, learning core skills in lead generation, market research, and client communication. You will work closely with our senior team to identify new business avenues for our web, mobile, and custom software development services, helping to lay the foundation for future client acquisition and company growth by assisting with prospect identification, outreach support, and sales documentation.

 

Key Job Roles

  • Lead Identification: Research and compile targeted lists of potential clients and new market segments for IT services.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Business Development team by drafting initial outreach communications (emails, messages).
  • Data Management: Accurately enter and update prospect information and interaction details into the CRM system.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct basic analysis of competitor activities and industry trends.
  • Documentation: Help prepare and format sales collateral, proposals, and presentation materials.

This is a full-time, 3-6 month internship opportunity based in Lucknow, ideal for candidates currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business or Marketing who possess excellent English communication skills and a strong eagerness to learn the ropes of technology sales.
