Job Description

Maazster Tech, an innovative IT solutions company in Lucknow, is looking for a driven and talented UI Designer with approximately 1 year of professional experience to enhance the visual appeal and interactivity of our digital products. You’ll be a key part of our design and development cycle, responsible for translating wireframes and high-level requirements into stunning, functional, and user-friendly interfaces for our web platforms and mobile applications. We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate proficiency with modern design tools and methodologies, possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, and is ready to work collaboratively to deliver cutting-edge user interfaces that drive product engagement.

Key Job Roles

  • Visual Design Execution: Design high-fidelity UI mockups, graphic elements, and visual assets (icons, buttons, illustrations) for new and existing projects.
  • Prototyping & Flow: Create detailed user flows, process flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to demonstrate user experience.
  • Design System Support: Assist in maintaining and contributing to the company’s design system, style guides, and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, front-end developers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and seamless implementation of designs.
  • Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from user testing and stakeholders quickly and effectively to iterate and refine design solutions.

Things to Keep in Mind

To apply for this full-time role in Lucknow, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a strong professional portfolio showcasing their work on live projects (web or mobile). You should be an expert in at least one industry-standard design tool (preferably Figma), have a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and responsive design principles, and possess a fundamental knowledge of how front-end code (HTML/CSS) impacts your designs.
