HR Recruiter (US Healthcare) will be a focused and essential team member, responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing talent acquisition for critical, high-demand positions such as travel nurses and allied health professionals to meet client needs across the US. This role, ideal for a professional with one year of experience in a fast-paced staffing environment, requires dedication to the t4h mission of acquiring the right talent on demand. The Recruiter will manage the initial stages of the recruitment lifecycle, meticulously assessing candidates for clinical and professional fit, ensuring all necessary documentation and licensing requirements are met, and effectively communicating with both candidates and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Sourcing: Proactively source and attract qualified candidates for various US healthcare roles (e.g., travel nurses, therapists) using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Vetting: Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess clinical experience, professional fit, commitment to travel assignments, and adherence to specific facility requirements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure all candidates meet rigorous US regulatory and licensing requirements, meticulously tracking and managing necessary certifications and background checks.
  • Candidate Relationship: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the application, interview, and placement process.
  • Database Utilization: Accurately update and maintain candidate records, activities, and communication notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on current US healthcare staffing market trends, compensation rates, and in-demand specialties to effectively consult with candidates and internal leadership.
