Job Description
HR Recruiter (US IT) Intern will be a crucial support member of t4h’s specialized staffing division, gaining practical, hands-on experience in recruiting top-tier talent for Information Technology (IT) roles across the United States. This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn the lifecycle of high-demand IT staffing, where the Intern will assist senior recruiters with candidate sourcing, initial screening, and meticulous database management. The successful candidate will directly contribute to t4h’s mission to acquire, manage, and optimize the right talent on demand by supporting the placement of qualified IT professionals into various client positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Support: Assist recruiters by posting IT job openings on various job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed) and conduct initial candidate searches using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking sites.
- Initial Screening: Perform basic phone screens to assess candidate availability, interest, and foundational technical skills against specific US IT role requirements.
- Database Management: Accurately enter and update candidate information, application statuses, and communication logs within the recruitment database.
- Documentation Assistance: Help gather necessary candidate documentation, including resumes, references, and basic work authorization paperwork.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between technical recruiters and short-listed US IT candidates, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Market Research: Conduct research on current US IT staffing trends, in-demand technical skills, and compensation benchmarks to support strategic sourcing efforts.
