Job Description

Junior HR Recruiter (US IT) will be a focused and determined professional, essential to t4h’s staffing mission of acquiring talent on demand for high-growth Information Technology (IT) roles across the United States. This role is ideal for a candidate with foundational recruitment experience who is eager to specialize in the fast-paced IT sector. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for the initial phases of the recruitment cycle, including targeted sourcing, candidate pre-screening for technical roles, and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline, directly contributing to filling critical IT staff gaps for t4h’s clients. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of IT terminology, excellent communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail in a volume-driven environment.

 

Key Responsibilities
Targeted Sourcing: Actively source, identify, and attract candidates for various US IT roles (e.g., Software Developers, Data Analysts, Network Engineers) using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases.
Candidate Pre-Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates’ technical fit, salary expectations, availability, and alignment with the requirements of US client positions.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified IT professionals to efficiently meet immediate and future staffing demands.
ATS Administration: Ensure all candidate data, communication history, and recruitment activities are accurately logged and maintained in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Process Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules and technical assessments between candidates, clients, and technical recruiters.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on current compensation trends, in-demand technologies, and visa/work authorization statuses relevant to the US IT staffing market.
