Senior HR Recruiter (US Healthcare) will be a high-impact, experienced leader responsible for driving the acquisition of highly qualified and specialized talent, such as travel nurses and allied health professionals, to meet the critical, high-volume staffing needs of t4h’s US clients. This strategic role demands a professional with deep expertise in the US healthcare market, capable of developing and executing complex sourcing strategies, managing high-level candidate relationships, and ensuring meticulous compliance with all US licensing and regulatory requirements. The Senior Recruiter will be instrumental in mentoring junior staff, filling critical gaps for client facilities, and upholding t4h’s commitment to delivering superior talent on demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of specialized US healthcare talent, focusing on niche pools for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Expertly manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intensive screening, complex compensation negotiation, and successful placement of high-demand professionals.
  • Compliance & Vetting: Serve as the subject matter expert on US healthcare regulatory requirements, ensuring rigorous vetting of licenses, certifications, and background checks for all placements.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a network of passive and active top-tier healthcare professionals.
  • Mentorship & Leadership: Provide guidance, training, and strategic direction to junior recruiters and sourcing staff to enhance team performance and industry knowledge.
  • Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with the Account Management team to deeply understand evolving client needs, forecasting future talent demands, and advising on market conditions and talent availability.
