Senior HR Recruiter (US IT) will be a high-performing, strategic professional responsible for leading the acquisition of specialized and in-demand Information Technology (IT) talent to meet the complex staffing needs of t4h’s clients across the US. This role demands an expert with a proven track record in full-cycle US IT recruitment, capable of developing sophisticated sourcing strategies, managing high-volume pipelines, and closing highly skilled roles (e.g., specialized developers, architects, and security experts). The Senior Recruiter will be crucial in ensuring that t4h consistently delivers the right IT talent on demand, providing strategic market insight, and potentially mentoring junior team members within the IT staffing division.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Expert Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute advanced, multi-channel sourcing strategies to proactively build deep talent pools for niche, hard-to-fill US IT roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, proprietary databases, and specialized job portals.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire recruiting process from job brief and candidate sourcing to advanced screening, salary negotiation, and successful placement.
  • Candidate Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to top-tier IT candidates, providing detailed insight into US market trends, client requirements, and career path alignment.
  • Client Alignment: Collaborate closely with Account Managers and client stakeholders to deeply understand technical requirements, company culture, and priority staffing needs.
  • Process Efficiency: Drive continuous improvement in recruitment metrics, pipeline conversion rates, and time-to-fill, ensuring efficiency and data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance, best practices, and on-the-job coaching to junior recruiters and sourcers within the US IT staffing vertical.
