Senior Business Developer will be a strategic, high-impact leader responsible for substantially growing Workloop Staffing’s market presence and revenue by securing significant, long-term partnerships with leading organizations. This seasoned professional will drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from developing sophisticated go-to-market strategies to negotiating and closing high-value client contracts across diverse industries. The Senior Business Developer is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, directly impacting the firm’s mission to be a catalyst for growth by ensuring businesses have access to the right people and the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand Workloop Staffing’s client base, focusing on securing large enterprise accounts and high-value contracts.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including prospecting, pitching customized workforce solutions, contract negotiation, and closure, while consistently achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain robust, high-level relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership within target organizations.
  • Market Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing clients with insights into current talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and effective staffing solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with recruitment consultants and operational teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery that meets contractual obligations.
  • Performance Reporting: Accurately forecast future sales, track pipeline health, and provide detailed reporting on business development activities and key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
