They will play a direct role in creating growth opportunities for Workloop Staffing by scheduling initial client meetings and gathering market intelligence, thus contributing to the firm’s mission to bridge the gap between employers and skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Mapping: Conduct research to identify potential client companies in the Kolkata region and key decision-makers in HR and Talent Acquisition.
  • Lead Generation: Support the creation and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns via email, phone, and professional networking platforms.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain prospect data, communication logs, and sales pipeline information within the CRM system.
  • Sales Material Support: Assist in developing and customizing introductory sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for client meetings.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully set up introductory meetings and discovery calls for senior Business Development team members.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the local Kolkata staffing industry to inform business strategy.
