Customer Support Executive (Male, Rotational Shift) will be the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, providing essential, reliable support to ensure seamless communication within Workloop Staffing’s comprehensive workforce solutions framework. This dynamic role requires a professional and reliable male candidate who is comfortable managing a rotational shift schedule to cover extended operational hours. The Executive will be responsible for resolving service inquiries promptly, providing accurate information regarding recruitment status and documentation, and maintaining detailed communication logs to uphold the firm’s focus on integrity, transparency, and excellence in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Professionally handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communication (calls, emails, chat) from both corporate clients and job candidates.
- Rotational Shift Schedule: Adhere strictly to the rotational shift schedule, including potential morning, evening, or weekend shifts, to ensure continuous support coverage.
- Inquiry Resolution: Efficiently resolve customer and candidate queries related to application status, interview schedules, billing, and general services, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Data Accuracy: Accurately log, document, and track all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Information Delivery: Provide precise and detailed information about Workloop Staffing’s services, recruitment processes, and current job market trends.
