Job Description

Team Lead – Sales in Lucknow will be a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving the performance and success of the sales team to expand Workloop Staffing’s client base and meet ambitious revenue targets. This role requires an experienced and results-focused individual to provide hands-on coaching, strategic guidance, and motivation to the sales associates, ensuring the efficient execution of all business development activities. The Team Lead will be instrumental in bridging the gap between sales strategy and operational excellence, managing key accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the team uphulates the firm’s commitment to integrity and client-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales and Business Development Associates to consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics, implementing corrective actions and training where necessary to optimize performance.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Assist senior management in developing localized sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives specific to the Lucknow market and diverse industry sectors.
  • Training & Coaching: Conduct regular coaching sessions, skills training (e.g., cold calling, negotiation, presentation skills), and performance reviews for team members.
  • Key Account Management: Directly manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
  • Process Improvement: Ensure all team members adhere to sales processes, accurate CRM data logging, and best practices for lead qualification and pipeline management.
