Business Developer Associate will be an energetic and results-driven individual responsible for expanding Workloop Staffing’s client portfolio by initiating new business relationships across multiple industries. This role is crucial for bridging the gap between employers and top talent by identifying organizations with staffing needs and effectively communicating Workloop’s customized workforce solutions. The Associate will focus on the front end of the sales cycle, conducting research, performing targeted outreach, and qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline, actively contributing to the firm’s growth and success as a trusted career partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential client companies and decision-makers requiring recruitment consulting or staffing services.
- Initial Outreach: Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and networking activities to introduce Workloop Staffing’s services and value proposition.
- Client Qualification: Perform initial screening and discovery calls to understand the client’s specific staffing needs, pain points, and budget parameters.
- Pipeline Management: Accurately track all lead interactions, progress, and conversion stages within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Sales Support: Assist senior business development personnel in preparing customized proposals, presentation decks, and pitch materials.
- Client Handoff: Ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and new accounts to the relevant recruitment consulting teams for ongoing service delivery.
