Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Helpdesk Support Coordinator to manage helpdesk workflows and support IT operations. In this role, you will coordinate support requests, monitor ticket queues, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate helpdesk operations and support activities
Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution
Assign and prioritize support requests
Track service performance metrics and generate reports
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve technical issues
Maintain documentation of support processes
Support incident and request management processes
Ensure compliance with IT policies and service standards
Assist in scheduling and resource allocation
Support continuous improvement of helpdesk operations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT helpdesk, support, or operations roles
Strong understanding of IT support processes
Basic knowledge of ticketing systems and IT tools
Good analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
Familiarity with ITIL processes
Basic knowledge of system administration
Understanding of service performance monitoring
Relevant certifications such as ITIL (preferred)
