Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Network Support Operations Analyst to support network operations and system performance. In this role, you will monitor network activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor network systems and analyze performance alerts
Troubleshoot network issues and resolve incidents
Maintain network configurations and documentation
Collaborate with IT and network teams
Track network performance metrics and generate reports
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Support incident management and escalation processes
Identify trends and recommend improvements
Assist in network maintenance and upgrades
Ensure continuous network monitoring and optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network support, IT operations, or infrastructure roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of incident management processes
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
