Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Systems Access Governance Analyst to support identity governance and compliance processes. In this role, you will manage access controls, conduct reviews, and ensure adherence to security policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage user access governance and identity controls
Conduct access reviews and certification processes
Ensure compliance with security and governance policies
Maintain documentation of access control procedures
Collaborate with IT and security teams
Monitor access logs and identify risks
Support audits and compliance assessments
Assist in implementing IAM solutions
Track governance metrics and generate reports
Support continuous improvement of access management processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IAM, security, or IT governance roles
Basic understanding of identity and access management concepts
Knowledge of access control and authentication processes
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM tools (Okta, SailPoint, Azure AD)
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO)
Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CISA, or similar
