Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical IT Endpoint Lifecycle Analyst to support endpoint management and lifecycle processes. In this role, you will oversee device provisioning, maintenance, and retirement while ensuring compliance with IT standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage endpoint lifecycle processes (procurement, deployment, maintenance, retirement)
Track and maintain inventory of IT assets
Configure and deploy endpoint devices
Monitor endpoint performance and security compliance
Collaborate with IT and support teams
Maintain documentation of lifecycle activities
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Support endpoint upgrades and refresh cycles
Track asset usage and generate reports
Assist in improving endpoint lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in endpoint management, IT support, or operations roles
Basic understanding of endpoint lifecycle management
Familiarity with operating systems and device management tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM)
Familiarity with asset management systems
Basic knowledge of IT security and compliance
Understanding of device provisioning and imaging
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar
