Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technical Medical Equipment Calibration Technician to ensure medical devices are accurately calibrated and functioning properly. In this role, you will perform testing, calibration, and maintenance of healthcare equipment to meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Calibrate and test medical equipment for accuracy
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of devices
Document calibration results and maintain records
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Collaborate with biomedical and healthcare teams
Identify equipment issues and recommend repairs
Maintain calibration tools and equipment
Support audits and quality assurance processes
Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment
Assist in improving maintenance and calibration workflows

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
1–3 years of experience in equipment calibration, biomedical, or technical roles
Basic knowledge of medical devices and calibration procedures
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospital or biomedical equipment roles
Familiarity with calibration standards and tools
Knowledge of regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO)
Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
Certification in biomedical or calibration technology (preferred)
