Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT Network Operations Coordinator to support network operations and ensure efficient system performance. In this role, you will coordinate network activities, monitor systems, and assist in resolving connectivity issues.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate network operations and support activities
Monitor network performance and analyze alerts
Assist in troubleshooting network issues
Maintain network documentation and reports
Collaborate with IT and network teams
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards
Support incident management and escalation processes
Assist in network maintenance and upgrades
Ensure continuous network monitoring and optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in network operations, IT support, or infrastructure roles
Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools
Good analytical and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios)
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of ITIL processes
Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+
