Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Radiology File Coordinator to manage radiology records and imaging files. In this role, you will ensure proper documentation, maintain imaging records, and support radiology operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and organize radiology files and imaging records
Ensure accurate documentation of patient imaging data
Assist in managing Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS)
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards
Track and update imaging records and reports
Maintain confidentiality of patient information
Support audit and quality assurance processes
Assist in file retrieval and record requests
Improve documentation and filing workflows

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in radiology support or healthcare documentation roles
Basic understanding of radiology records and imaging processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to work in a clinical environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in radiology departments or imaging centers
Familiarity with PACS and EHR systems
Knowledge of medical imaging workflows
Understanding of healthcare compliance (HIPAA)
Strong data management and coordination skills
