Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support backend service reliability and performance. In this role, you will monitor services, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of applications.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor backend services and system performance
Identify and troubleshoot reliability issues
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams
Maintain documentation of reliability processes
Support incident response and resolution
Analyze logs and metrics to detect anomalies
Ensure compliance with system reliability standards
Track performance metrics and generate reports
Assist in improving system availability and uptime
Improve reliability workflows and automation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
0–2 years of experience in backend development, monitoring, or IT operations roles
Basic understanding of backend services and APIs
Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, or Node.js)
Knowledge of system monitoring and logging tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, New Relic)
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Understanding of microservices architecture
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
