Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support IT infrastructure service delivery and performance management. In this role, you will oversee service operations, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor IT infrastructure services and performance
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)
Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations
Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams
Maintain documentation of service delivery processes
Analyze performance metrics and identify improvements
Ensure compliance with IT service management standards
Support reporting and dashboard creation
Assist in capacity planning and optimization
Improve service delivery workflows and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or service delivery roles
Basic understanding of infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage)
Familiarity with monitoring and ticketing tools
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Splunk, or Nagios
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash)
Understanding of ITIL processes
Relevant certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA
