Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented professional to support renal treatment coordination and patient care services. In this role, you will manage dialysis-related workflows, monitor patients, and ensure effective treatment coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate renal treatment plans and dialysis schedules
Monitor patient vitals during treatment sessions
Collaborate with nephrologists, nurses, and healthcare teams
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
Support patient education and care coordination
Assist in managing dialysis supplies and treatment resources
Track patient progress and service delivery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas
Improve renal care coordination workflows

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
1–3 years of experience in renal care, dialysis, or clinical nursing roles
Valid RN license to practice in Tennessee
Strong knowledge of renal treatment and dialysis procedures
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in clinical environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in dialysis centers or nephrology units
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, or CCHT
Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures
Knowledge of infection control protocols
Understanding of patient monitoring and safety standards
