Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically driven professional to support software deployment validation initiatives. In this role, you will assist with deployment coordination, software testing, release validation, system readiness assessments, and process documentation to ensure successful software implementation and operational reliability.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate software deployment schedules and validation activities

Support pre-release testing, deployment verification, and quality assurance processes

Monitor deployment workflows and identify operational risks

Validate software configurations, system compatibility, and release readiness

Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and IT support teams

Maintain deployment documentation, validation records, and compliance reports

Track deployment metrics and performance outcomes

Assist in troubleshooting deployment issues and coordinating resolutions

Support continuous improvement of deployment and release management processes

Strengthen software delivery efficiency and operational quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

1–3 years of experience in software deployment, QA coordination, IT operations, or technical support

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and deployment workflows

Familiarity with testing methodologies, release validation, and system documentation

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with deployment tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, or similar platforms

Familiarity with software testing, release management, and DevOps practices

Knowledge of enterprise software systems and operational governance

Basic understanding of cloud platforms or infrastructure environments

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, ITIL, or software QA credentials
