Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to support neonatal intensive care operations. In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care for critically ill or premature newborns, collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams, and ensure exceptional patient and family-centered care within the NICU environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients

Monitor infant vital signs, treatments, medications, and developmental progress

Assist neonatologists and healthcare teams with specialized NICU procedures

Support respiratory therapy, feeding plans, and critical care interventions

Educate and support parents and families throughout neonatal treatment

Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation

Ensure compliance with NICU protocols, safety standards, and healthcare regulations

Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in patient condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Enhance quality of care and patient safety within neonatal services

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

1–3 years of nursing experience in NICU, critical care, pediatrics, or maternal-child health

Basic understanding of neonatal intensive care procedures and standards

Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Compassionate, detail-oriented, and patient-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

NICU experience strongly preferred

Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NRP, or neonatal specialty credentials

Familiarity with NICU equipment, ventilators, and critical care monitoring systems

Knowledge of neonatal developmental care and family support practices

Experience with EMR/EHR systems and clinical documentation standards
