Role Summary:
We’re looking for a problem-solver who enjoys assisting users and resolving technical challenges. As an IT Help Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first line of support, ensuring quick resolution of IT issues and maintaining system efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams
- Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in help desk or IT support roles
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
