Job Description

We are hiring female candidates for the position of U.S. Healthcare Recruiter. This is a full-time, remote role with permanent work from home (PWFH), working in the U.S. shift (night shift) with possible rotation.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring qualified international healthcare professionals (nurses, therapists, technologists, etc.) for placement in the U.S. healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for U.S. healthcare roles
• Coordinate recruitment and documentation processes
• Guide candidates through licensing, exams, and immigration steps
• Maintain records and update ATS
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
