Business Developer Associate will be a crucial driver of growth for Ananta Recruitment Bharat, responsible for identifying and securing new organizational partnerships to expand the firm’s client base across diverse industries. This entry-level yet pivotal role, ideal for a candidate with about one year of experience, requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills to conduct market research, qualify leads, and initiate contact with potential clients in line with the firm’s growth strategy. The Associate will be responsible for showcasing Ananta’s value proposition—connecting businesses with skilled professionals—and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through to the successful handover of new accounts to the consulting teams, embodying the firm’s commitment to creating infinite possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Actively research and identify new business opportunities, target organizations, and key decision-makers within the Indian market.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Initiate first contact with prospective clients via calls, emails, and professional networking to introduce Ananta’s recruitment services and value proposition.
  • Client Needs Assessment: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the client’s workforce requirements, hiring challenges, and potential service needs.
  • Sales Support: Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals, and assist the senior business development team in pitch meetings and negotiations.
  • CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain the CRM system with all sales activities, pipeline status, and client communication logs.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather market feedback and intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands to inform business strategy.
