HR Recruiter (US Healthcare) Intern will play a critical support role in t4h’s specialized staffing division, gaining hands-on experience in the demanding field of US healthcare recruitment. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn how to acquire and manage talent for in-demand roles like travel nurses and allied health professionals. The Intern will assist senior recruiters with candidate sourcing, screening, documentation, and database management, directly contributing to the firm’s mission of providing the right talent on demand to fill critical facility gaps. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn the regulatory and professional requirements of US healthcare staffing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Assist recruiters by posting job openings on niche job boards and social media, and conduct initial searches for candidates using databases and professional platforms.
  • Initial Screening: Conduct basic phone screens to evaluate candidate availability, interest, and foundational qualifications against requirements for US healthcare roles.
  • Database Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain candidate information, application statuses, and compliance documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Documentation Support: Assist in compiling and verifying necessary candidate credentials, licenses, and background documentation required for US healthcare placements.
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between recruiters and qualified candidates, ensuring prompt and clear communication.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on current US healthcare staffing trends, salary benchmarks, and in-demand specialties to support recruitment strategy.
