Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to join our partner organization in Santa Clara, California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing end-user support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving faults
Respond to IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Support system upgrades, patches, and security updates
Maintain documentation of IT processes, systems, and troubleshooting steps
Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and reliability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise software
Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
