Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused IT Help Desk Analyst to join our partner organization in Tallahassee, Florida. The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support, resolve user issues, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
Document incidents, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and maintain high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles
Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation
Experience with Active Directory and Office 365 administration
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
