Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our partner healthcare facility in El Paso, Texas. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostic imaging procedures, ensure patient safety, and support physicians in accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Key Responsibilities
Perform X-ray, CT, MRI, and other radiologic imaging procedures
Ensure proper patient positioning and safety during imaging
Maintain and operate radiologic equipment according to protocol
Record and manage imaging results accurately
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to assist in diagnosis
Follow radiation safety and infection control procedures
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Required Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology
Active Radiologic Technologist (RT) license in Texas
1–3 years of experience in diagnostic imaging
Strong understanding of imaging procedures and safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail and patient care skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
Experience with advanced imaging modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound)
Familiarity with PACS and digital imaging systems
