Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network Support Engineer to join our partner organization in Bellevue, Washington. The ideal candidate will manage network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure high availability and performance of IT networks.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks
Configure, deploy, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls
Respond to network incidents and provide timely resolution
Collaborate with IT teams to implement network upgrades and improvements
Document network configurations, incidents, and standard operating procedures
Ensure network security and compliance with IT policies
Support end-users with connectivity issues and network-related requests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2–4 years of experience in network support or administration
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and technologies
Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with network security best practices and VPNs
