Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our partner organization. In this role, you will monitor, manage, and ensure the delivery of IT services according to organizational standards and client expectations. This position is ideal for professionals interested in IT service management, problem resolution, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor IT service performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Track incidents, service requests, and changes, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with IT teams to address operational issues and escalations
Maintain accurate documentation of service delivery processes and workflows
Participate in service review meetings and provide performance reports
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance service quality
Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding service updates and incidents
Support IT projects and system deployments as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support, service delivery, or IT operations
Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) principles and frameworks
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency with IT tools, ticketing systems, and reporting platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with ITIL framework or IT service management certifications
Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes
Knowledge of monitoring and reporting tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment
Exposure to project management or process improvement initiatives
