Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cardiac Sonographer to join our partner organization. In this role, you will perform diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures, assist physicians in evaluating heart conditions, and provide high-quality patient care. This position is ideal for professionals with experience in echocardiography and cardiac imaging.

Key Responsibilities
Perform transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms and other cardiac imaging procedures
Capture and analyze images to assist physicians in diagnosing cardiac conditions
Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and ensure comfort
Maintain accurate patient records and document findings
Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ultrasound equipment
Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Certification as a Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent
1–3 years of experience in cardiac sonography or echocardiography
Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and imaging techniques
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical team
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced certifications in adult or pediatric echocardiography
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Familiarity with cardiovascular procedures and protocols
Ability to manage multiple patients and maintain workflow efficiency
