Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Platform Engineer to join our partner organization. In this role, you will assist in building, maintaining, and optimizing platform infrastructure, supporting development teams, and ensuring reliable and scalable system operations. This position is ideal for early-career engineers interested in cloud platforms and enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining platform infrastructure and services
Collaborate with software developers to deploy and integrate applications
Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot operational issues
Participate in automation, configuration, and deployment tasks
Maintain documentation for platform architecture, processes, and procedures
Support platform upgrades, patches, and scalability improvements
Ensure security, reliability, and performance best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
0–2 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or IT operations (internships/projects count)
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
Understanding of monitoring and logging systems
Exposure to version control systems (Git)
