Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Technical Operations Analyst to join our partner organization. In this role, you will monitor and maintain IT systems, support technical operations, and assist with incident management to ensure business continuity and system reliability. This position is ideal for professionals interested in IT operations, systems management, and enterprise technology support.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and system performance
Respond to technical issues and incidents, providing troubleshooting and resolution
Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and optimize system operations
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and technical deployments
Maintain documentation for technical operations, procedures, and incident reports
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and operational best practices
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT operations, technical support, or system administration
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, and monitoring tools
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITIL processes or IT service management frameworks
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and system monitoring
Exposure to scripting or automation for IT operations
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
